Today let's talk about 'Chicken breast'


 It is part of a chicken meat which is best served skinless. This part of chicken is a good source of low fat protein actually. Protein basically is a type of 'macronutrient' which mean that our body need large amount of it in order to maintain our health. For those who are participating in a strength programmes, proteins does help in building and maintaining muscle mass. But remember, overeating any source of food will always lead to weight gain. Always refer to food pyramid to guide us on diet. So whats slowing you to eat a chicken breast?? Its all in your own hand.
